AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($2,300.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund to the Secretary-Treasurer's Office to be used for the
purchase of a new machine for signing or endorsing checks.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($2,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund to the Secretary-Treasurer's Office to
be used for the purchase of a new machine for signing or endorsing
checks.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 7, 1968.
