HomeMy Public PortalAbout01817 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1817 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 327 (Fair Acres East) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 327 (Fair Acres East). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict Mo. 327 (Fair Acres East) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) FAIR ACRES EAST Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Redman Avenue with the southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 87 of Fair Acres No. 1, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 71, page 35, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and along said southwest line to the westernmost corner of said Lot 87; thence northeastwardly along the northwest lines of Lots 87 and 86 of said subdivision to the southernmost corner of Lot 72 of Fair Acres No. 2, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 77, page 14, said Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 72 to the westernmost corner thereof; thence westwardly in a straight line across Fair Acres Road to the southernmost corner of Lot 51 of said Fair Acres No. 2; thence northwestwardly along the southwestern lines of Lots 51, 49 and 48 of said Fair Acres No. 2 to the westernmost corner of said Lot 48, being also the southernmost corner of Lot 45 of Fair Acres No. 5, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 83, page 32, said Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along the southwestern lines of said Lot 45 to the westernmost corner thereof; thence northwardly in a straight line across Deer Run Road to the southernmost corner of Lot 38 of said Fair Acres No. 5; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 38 to the westernmost corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along the northwest lines of said Lot 38, and of Lots 37-29, inclusive, of Fair Acres No. 4, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 81, page 45, said Recorder's office, to the northernmost corner of said Lot 29; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 29 to the easternmost corner thereof; thence southeastwardly in a straight line across Deer Run Road to the northernmost corner of Lot 28 of Fair Acres No. 4; thence southeastwardly along the northeastern lines of said Fair Acres No. 4 of Fair Acres No. 3, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 77, page 1, and of said Fair Acres No. 1, and the southeastern prolongation thereof, to the centerline of Redman Avenue; thence southwestwardly along said centerline to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1968.
