AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00)) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the office of Director of Finance to be used for repairing the
heating plant at the general offices, 2000 Hampton Avenue.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Dollars
($8,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the office of Director of Finance to be
used for repairing the heating plant at the general offices, 2000
Hampton Avenue.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1968.
