AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Six Hundred
Ninety and 91/100 Dollars ($2,690.91) from the unencumbered
balance of the Improvement Fund to be used for payment of the fee
for connecting the sewer system of Subdistrict No. 306 (Eggling
Lane) to a private outfall sewer and for the purchase of Special
Tax Bill No. 25811.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Fifteen Dollars
and 71 cents ($615.71) is hereby appropriated from the
unencumbered balance of the Improvement Fund to be used for
payment of the fee for connecting the sewer system of Subdistrict
No. 306 (Eggling Lane) to a private outfall sewer.
Section Two. The sum of Two Thousand Seventy-five
Dollars and 20 cents ($2,075.20) is hereby appropriated from the
unencumbered balance of the Improvement Fund to be used for the
purchase of Special Tax Bill No. 25811.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1968.
