AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Ninety-five
Thousand Dollars ($195,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of
the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to the
Waste Water Treatment Plants Department to be used for mechanical
improvements of the Coldwater Creek Sewage Treatment Plant.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Ninety-five
Thousand Dollars ($195,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated surplus of the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to the Waste Water Treatment Plants Department to
be used for mechanical improvements of the Coldwater Creek Sewage
Treatment Plant.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 27, 1968.
