AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Eighty-four
Thousand One Hundred Seventy-nine Dollars and fifteen cents
($84,179.15) out of the unexpended and unencumbered balance of the
Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase of certain real
property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri to be used as a
portion of the site for the main administrative office and
maintenance facilities of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-four Thousand One
Hundred Seventy-nine Dollars and fifteen cents ($84,179.15) is
hereby appropriated out of the unexpended and unencumbered balance
of the Real Property Purchase Fund for the purchase of certain
real property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri to be used as a
portion of the site for the main administrative office and
maintenance facilities of the District.
Section Two. This, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 27, 1968.
