AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 319 (Winslow
Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities nay be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 319 (Winslow Lane).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 319
(Winslow Lane) shall be as follows:

WINSLOW LANE
A tract of land in Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 5 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri, comprising all of Winslow, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 54, page 21,
St. Louis County Recorder's office, and more particularly
described as: Beginning in the west lien of Ballas Road, 60 feet
wide, at the southeast corner of said Winslow; thence along the
south line of said subdivision, north 88 degrees 55 minutes west,
1,354.21 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence along the
west line of said subdivision, north 00 degrees 49 minutes east,
440.65 feet to the northwest corner thereof; thence along the
north line of said subdivision, south 88 degrees 55 minutes east,
1,354.68 feet to the northeast corner thereof in the west line of
said Ballas Road; and thence southwardly along said road line,
440.65 feet to the beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1969.
