AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such easement, and this District has no need
for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide over the north ten (10) feet and
over the east ten (10) feet of Lot 1 of Gray Brooke, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 108, page 62 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1969
