AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1512, adopted July 21, 1966 and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 303 (Ashby and Clarendon) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, the Board finds that an additional area can be
efficiently served as a part of Subdistrict No. 303 (Ashby and
Clarendon) which area included therein is not presently benefited
by improvements in the Subdistrict,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 1512,
adopted July 21, 1966, is hereby amended by adding to Subdistrict
No. 303 (Ashby and Clarendon) an area described as: All of Lots
14, 15, 32 and 33 and the east halves of Lots 13 and 34 of TOWER
VIEW, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 16, St. Louis County
Recorder's office, and more particularly described as: Beginning
at the southeast corner of said Lot 32; thence westwardly along
the south lines of said Lots 32, 33 and 34 to an intersection with
the north and south centerline of said Lot 34;, thence northwardly
along said centerline and along its straight prolongation
northwardly across Clarendon Avenue, and along the north and south
centerline of said Lot 13 to the north line of said Lot 13: thence
eastwardly along the north lines of said Lots 13, 14 and 15 to the
northeast corner of said Lot 15; and thence southwardly along the
east line of said Lot 15 and its straight prolongation southwardly

across Clarendon Avenue and along the east line of said Lot 32 to
the beginning.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1512,
and as hereby amended shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 303
(Ashby and Clarendon) shall be as follows:

ASHBY AND CLARENDON
Beginning on the existing boundary of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District at the intersection of the centerline of
Ashby Road with the eastern prolongation of the south line of Lot
72 of TOWER VIEW, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, page 16, St. Louis
County Recorder's office; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the south lines of Lots 72 through 76
inclusive, of said subdivision to the southwest corner of said Lot
76; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 76 and its
northwardly prolongation across Wurdack Avenue, to the southwest
corner of Lot 63 of said TOWER VIEW Subdivision; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Lot 63 to the southeast
corner of Lot 32 of said subdivision; thence westwardly along the
south lines of Lots 32, 33 and 34 of said subdivision to an
intersection with the north and south centerline of said Lot 34;
thence northwardly along said centerline and its straight
prolongation northwardly across Clarendon Avenue, and along the
north and south centerline of Lot 13 of said TOWER VIEW
Subdivision to the north line of said Lot 13: thence eastwardly
along the north line of said subdivision to its intersection with
a line parallel with and 185 feet westwardly from, measured at
right angles to, the centerline of Ashby Road thence northwardly
along said parallel line, a distance of 195.73 feet: thence
eastwardly, at right angles to Ashby Road, 185 feet to the
centerline of said road; thence southwardly along the said

centerline of Ashby Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1969.
