AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southeastern two (2) feet of the easement five (5)
feet wide over the northwestern five (5) feet of Lot 3, Teakwood
Place No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 98, page 46 of
the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the southwest 30
feet and the northeast 40 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 6, 1969.
