AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
has granted this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The northeastern 3.00 feet of the southwestern
5.00 feet of the southeastern 115.00 feet of Lot 202 of HATHAWAY
TRAILS PLAT 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 125, pages 62
and 63 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office.
2. The southwestern 5.00 feet of the southeastern
115.00 feet of Lot 199 of aforesaid HATHAWAY TRAILS PLAT 2
Subdivision.
3. The southwestern 5.00 feet of the southeastern
115.00 feet of Lot 198 of aforesaid HATHAWAY TRAILS PLAT 2
Subdivision.
4. A strip of land being part of Lot 194 of aforesaid
HATHAWAY TRAILS PLAT 2 Subdivision said strip being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwestern line of
Prentice Drive, 50 feet wide, distant 2.52 feet
northeastwardly from its intersection with the southwestern
line of said Lot 194; thence northeastwardly 2.48 feet along
the northwestern line of Prentice Drive along a curve to the
right having a radius of 536.39 feet; thence North 66
degrees 19-1/2 minutes West 45.31 feet; thence South 63
degrees 11-1/2 minutes East 45.39 feet to the northwestern
line of Prentice Drive and the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 6, 1969.
