AN ORDINANCE, transferring Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Real Property Purchase Fund to be used for architect and
engineering fees for the design of an addition to the Hampton
Avenue office building, and a new maintenance building to be
located on Pardee Road just south of Watson Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Real Property
Purchase Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Forty-nine Thousand Dollars
($49,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property
Purchase Fund to be used for architect and engineering fees for
the design of an addition to the Hampton Avenue office building,
and a new maintenance building to be located on Pardee Road just
south of Watson Road.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 6, 1969.
