AN ORDINANCE, making supplementary appropriations for
the current fiscal year in the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Operation and Maintenance
Fund and One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) from the
General Fund to be used for the additional cost of the audits of,
respectively, the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict and The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict Operation and Maintenance Fund to the Operating
Expense Contractual Services Account of the Board of Trustees for
the purpose of paying the additional Auditors' fees for that
Subdistrict.
Section Two. The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($1,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
to the Operating Expense Contractual Services Account of the
Board of Trustees for the purpose of paying the additional
Auditors' fees for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 6, 1969.
