O R D I N A N C E NO. 1850
AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 1213, adopted September
10, 1964 providing rules and regulations governing all classified
employees of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, as amended
by Ordinance No. 1807, adopted November 7, 1968 and enacting a new
ordinance on the same subject.
WHEREAS, as provided by the Plan of the District the Civil
Service Commission prepared revised civil service rules and
regulations and did, on October 25, 1968, hold a public hearing at
the main office of the District upon the proposed revised civil
service rules and regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has submitted to the
Board of Trustees for adoption its approved revision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1213, as adopted September 10,
1964, and amended November 7, 1968 by Ordinance No. 1807, is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. The revised Civil Service Rules and Regulations
of the Civil Service Commission are hereby adopted as governing
all employees in the classified service, as follows;
