AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Equipment Depreciation Fund for the use of the Maintenance
Department in replacing automotive and other equipment.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated and transferred from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Equipment
Depreciation Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Equipment
Depreciation Fund to be used by the Maintenance Department in
replacing automotive and other equipment.
Section Three. This ordinance being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 1969.
