AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Ninety-five Dollars and Sixty-four Cents ($2,995.64) from the
Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. Seven of the River des Peres
Watershed (Wellston Area) to the General Fund Revenue Account of
the Maintenance Department, to be used for connecting existing
6", 8" and 10" sanitary sewer lines into Manhole "A" located at
St. Charles Rock Road and Engleholm, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Ninety-five Dollars and Sixty-four Cents ($2,995.64) is hereby
appropriated from the Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. Seven of
the River des Peres Watershed (Wellston Area) to the General Fund
Revenue Account of the Maintenance Department, to be used for
connecting existing 6", 8" and 10" sanitary sewer lines into
Manhole "A" located at St. Charles Rock Road and Engleholm, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing ordinance was adopted February 20, 1969.
