AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the sewer easement ten (10) feet wide
granted by Helen C. Young, et al. by instrument dated September
22, 1964 and recorded in Book 5518, page 194 of the St. Louis
County Records, which portion of easement is more particularly
described as beginning at a point on the centerline of said
easement, 22 feet south of the north line of Wyndhurst, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 121, page 18 of the St. Louis County
Records which is also the south line of Powell's Forest Gardens
No. 4 Second Addition Subdivision; thence southwardly, along said
centerline, eleven (11) feet to an angle point; thence
southwestwardly along said centerline, a distance of fourteen (14)
feet.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 6, 1969.
