AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, at the request of the District the Owner of the
subject property is granting this District a satisfactory
substitute easement, to replace one previously granted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten and fifteen feet wide in and adjacent to
City Block 3250 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, granted by the
Laclede Gas Company by instrument dated August 28, 1968 and
recorded in Book 8863, page 133 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 6, 1969.
