HomeMy Public PortalAbout01859 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1859 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 337 (Sunset Club) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 337 (Sunset Club). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 337 (Sunset Club) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 SUNSET CLUB Beginning in the centerline of Gravois Road at its intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the northeastern line of property conveyed to Mutual Outdoor Advertising Service, Inc. by deed recorded in Book 4036, page 506, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation, and along the northeastern line of said Mutual Outdoor Advertising Service, Inc. property to the northernmost corner thereof, being at the northernmost corner of Lot 10 in Block 5 of SUNSET CLUB COURT, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, page 52, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of Lots 10 and 9 of said Block 5, and along the southwestern prolongation of said northwest line, to the centerline of Sunlind Drive; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Sunlind Drive to the centerline of Parklind Drive; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of said Parklind Drive to its intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the northeast line of Lot 10 of Block 2 of said SUNSET CLUB COURT; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and along said northeast line of Lot 10 to the northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence westwardly along the north lines of Lots 10 thru 16 in said Block 2, and the western prolongation thereof, to the centerline of Geyer Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Geyer Road to its intersection with the western prolongation of a line parallel with and 137.00 feet southwardly from, measured at right 3 angles to, the south lines of Lots 1 thru 7 of Block 1 of said SUNSET CLUB COURT; thence eastwardly along said parallel line, and its straight eastwardly prolongation to the centerline of Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Gravois Road to the beginning.
