AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Personnel Department Account No. 1-1020-100 to be used for
contractual services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund and appropriated to the Personnel Department,
Account No. 1-1020-100 to be used for contractual services.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 18, 1969.
