AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 329
(Bellefontaine & Twillman) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 329 (Bellefontaine & Twillman).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 329
(Bellefontaine & Twillman) shall be as follows:

BELLEFONTAINE & TWILLMAN
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Bellefontaine
Road, 70 feet wide, and Doris Drive, 50 feet wide; thence
northwardly along the centerline of Bellefontaine Road 538.03 feet
to its intersection with the western prolongation of the north
line of Lot 1 of JOHN C. TWILLMAN SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 15, page 102, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence eastwardly 350.18 feet along said prolongation, and
along the north line of said Lot 1, to its northeast corner;
thence northwardly along the west line of Lot 2 of said
subdivision 74.35 feet to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 200 feet northwardly from, measured at right angles to,
the north line of Twillman Avenue, 50 feet wide; thence eastwardly
along said parallel line, 1,848.4 feet, more or less, to the
centerline of Raymond Avenue, 50 feet wide; thence southwardly
along the centerline of Raymond Avenue, 450.8 feet, more less, to
its intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet
southwardly from, measured at right angles to, the south line of
said Twillman Avenue; thence westwardly along said last described
parallel line 600 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the
east line of MAPLE CREST PLAT NO. 2, FIRST ADDITION, a subdivision
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 65, page 45, said
Recorder's office; thence southwardly along said east line 363
feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said subdivision;
thence westwardly along the south line of said MAPLE CREST PLAT
NO. 2, FIRST ADDITION, and along the south line of MAPLE CREST
PLAT NO. 1, FIRST ADDITION, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 64, page 56, said Recorder's office,
1,413.89 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 13 of said last
described subdivision; thence northwardly along the west line of
said Lot 13, and its northern prolongation, 220.80 feet to the
centerline of said Doris Drive; thence westwardly along the
centerline of Doris Drive, 312.5 feet, more or less, to the
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 3, 1969.
