AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 295 (Dolph &
Reavis Barracks) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 295 (Dolph Reavis Barracks).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 295
(Dolph & Reavis Barracks) shall be as follows:

DOLPH AND REAVIS BARRACKS
Beginning in the center line of Reavis Barracks Road, at its
intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the southeast
line of property conveyed to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church by deed
recorded in Book 3884, page 212, St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation, and along
the southeast line of said church property to the westernmost
corner of property conveyed to Raymond H. Mueller and wife by deed
recorded in Book 3399, page 226, said Recorder's office, being
also a corner of property conveyed to Mehlville School District R-
9 by deed recorded in Book 4147, page 487, said Recorder's office;
thence southeastwardly along a northeast line of said school
property, and continuing along the southeastern prolongation, of
said northeast line, to the northwest line of property conveyed to
Adolph H. Rhomberg, et al, by deed recorded in Book 2728, page
173, said Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the
northwest line of said Rhomberg property to the westernmost corner
thereof in the northeast line of Lot 1 of GERALD COURT, a
subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 70, page 25 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of
said Lot 1 to the northernmost corner thereof; thence
southwestwardly along the northwest lines of Lots 1 and 2 of said
GERALD COURT to the westernmost corner of said Lot 2; thence
southwardly in a straight line across Lot 3 of said subdivision to

the southwest corner of Lot 4 of said GERALD COURT; thence
eastwardly along the south line of Lots 4 and 5 in said
subdivision to the southwest corner of HAPPY LANE a subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 96, page 95 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along the south line of said HAPPY LANE to the
northeast corner of property conveyed to John R. and Carol J.
McLaurin by deed recorded in Book 4121, page 221, said Recorder's
office; thence southwardly along the east line of said McLaurin
property, and its southern prolongation, to the centerline of
Green Park Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Green
Park Road to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Anthony
F. Grasso and wife by deed recorded in Book 2954, page 42 of the
St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along
the northwest line of said Grasso property to a point 420 feet
southwest along said line from its intersection with the
centerline of Reavis Barracks Road; thence southeastwardly along a
line at right angles to said northwest line to the centerline of
Avenue "H"; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Avenue
"H" to a point 220 feet southwest of the centerline of said Reavis
Barracks Road; thence southeastwardly along a line at right angles
to said centerline of Avenue "H" a distance of 110 feet; thence
northeastwardly along a line parallel to the centerline of said
Avenue "H" to the centerline of Reavis Barracks Road; thence
southeastwardly along the centerline of said Reavis Barracks Road
to the northwest right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific

Railroad (100 feet wide); thence northeastwardly along said right-
of-way line to the northeast line of property conveyed to Harold
Z. and Roy W. Taylor by deed recorded in Book 4292, page 134 of
the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly
along the northeast line of said Taylor property to the
northernmost corner thereof; thence northwestwardly in a straight
line across Avenue "H" to a point on the southeast line of
property conveyed to the Columbia Broadcasting System, Inc., by
deed recorded in Book 3885, page 397, said Recorder's office, said
point being 100 feet southwest of the easternmost corner of said
property; thence northwestwardly and parallel to the northeast
line of said Columbia Broadcasting System, Inc., property to the
northwest line of said property; thence southwestwardly 5' feet,
more or less, along the northwest line of said property to the
easternmost corner of property conveyed to Alvin A. Becker by deed
recorded in Book 2109, page 41, said Recorder's office; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Becker property,
and its prolongation northwestwardly, to the centerline of Gloria
Avenue (50 feet wide); thence northeastwardly along the centerline
of Gloria Avenue to its intersection with the southeastern
prolongation of the southwest line of property conveyed to Joseph
Munzert by deed recorded in Book 2564, page 84, said Recorder's
office; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation, and along
the southwest line of said Munzert property, 200 feet; thence
southwestwardly, parallel with said Gloria Avenue to the northeast

line of property conveyed to Ray Wooldridge and wife by deed
recorded in Book 3393, page 447, said Recorder's office; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Wooldridge
property to the northernmost corner thereof, being also the
easternmost corner of property conveyed to George R. Ottoline and
wife by deed recorded in Book 3363, page 406, said Recorder's
office; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said
Ottoline property to the southernmost corner thereof; thence
northwestwardly a long the southwest line of said Ottoline
property to the northernmost corner of property conveyed to Heinz
K. Haring and wife by deed recorded in Book 3842, page 634, said
Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line
of said Haring property, and continuing along the southwestern
prolongation thereof, to the centerline of Reavis Barracks Road;
thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Reavis Barracks
Road to the beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 3, 1969.
