HomeMy Public PortalAbout01867 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1867 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 294 (Burnett & Reavis Barracks Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 294 (Burnett & Reavis Barracks Subtrunk). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 294 (Burnett & Reavis Barracks Subtrunk) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 BURNETT AND REAVIS BARRACKS SUBTRUNK Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Reavis Barracks Road with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of property conveyed to Frank and Vincent Cusumano, Trustees, by deed recorded in Book 5294, page 415, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said Cusumano property to the easternmost corner thereof in the southwest line of property conveyed to Brooks C. McArthy and wife by deed recorded in Book 6303, page 2256, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of said McArthy property to its southernmost corner; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said McArthy property to its easternmost corner in the southwest line of property conveyed to Charles J. Weinreich, et al, by deed recorded in Book 3162, page 96, said Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along said southwest line of said southwest line of said Weinreich property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 220 feet southeast of the centerline of Union Road (40 feet wide); thence northeastwardly along said parallel line to the southwest line of property conveyed to Joseph E. Ritter, Archbishop of St. Louis, by deed recorded in Book 2639, page 452, said Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Ritter property to the southernmost corner there of; thence northeastwardly long the southeast line of said Ritter property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 190.23 feet southwest of the centerline of Ripa Avenue (20.46 feet 3 wide); thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to the centerline of Gloria avenue (50 feet wide); thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Gloria Avenue to its intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of property conveyed to Joseph Munzert by deed recorded in Book 2564, page 84 St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation, and along said prolongation of said Munzert property, to the northwest line of 200' feet; thence southwestwardly, parallel with said Gloria Ave. to the northeast line of property conveyed to Ray Wooldridge and wife by deed recorded in Book 3393, page 447, said Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Wooldridge property to the northernmost corner thereof, being also the easternmost corner of property conveyed to George R. Ottoline and wife by deed recorded in Book 3363, page 406, said Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Ottoline property to the southernmost corner thereof; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Ottoline property to the northernmost corner of property conveyed to Heinz K. Haring and wife by deed recorded in Book 3842, page 634, said Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Haring property, and continuing along the southwestern prolongation, thereof, to the centerline of Reavis Barracks Road; thence northwestwardly along said centerline of Reavis Barracks Road to the beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 3, 1969.
