AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension Fund to be
used for the construction of a sanitary sewer designed to by-pass
an existing treatment plant serving Parker Estates, north of
Parker Road at Lake Paddock Drive, west of Opossum Brook Drive,
within the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Dollars
($13,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension Fund to be used for the construction of a sanitary sewer
designed to bypass an existing treatment plant serving Parker
Estates within the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 3, 1969.
