AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand
Dollars ($23,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Legal Department Account No. 1-1051-400 to be
used to pay judgments and claims.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OP TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Dollars
($23,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund and appropriated to the Legal
Department, Account No. 1-1051-400 to be used for judgments and
claims.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 3, 1969.
