AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-eight and 82/100 Dollars ($4,978.82) from the
unencumbered balance of the Operating Funds of the Subdistrict-
Gravois Creek, to be used to pay for the construction of the
outfall portion of Subdistrict No. 307 (Eggling and East Watson).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-eight and 82/100 Dollars ($4,978.82) is hereby
appropriated from the unencumbered balance of the Operating Funds
of the Subdistrict-Gravois Creek to be used to pay for the
construction of the outfall portion of Subdistrict No. 307
(Eggling and East Watson).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 17, 1969.
