AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Maintenance Department Account No. 1-1062-500
to be used to purchase a Backhoe.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund and appropriated to the Maintenance
Department, Account No. 1-1062-500 to be used for purchasing a
Backhoe.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 17, 1969.
