AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton
Central) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a request from the City of
Clayton, Missouri, there is hereby established a subdistrict o The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer o
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 342 (Clayton Central).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 342
(Clayton Central) shall be as follows:

CLAYTON CENTRAL
Beginning in the centerline of Jackson Avenue at its intersection
with the western prolongation of the south line of MARYLAND
TERRACE, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri; as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 10 pages 24 and 25, St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along said prolongation, and
along said south line of MARYLAND TERRACE, to the City Limit line
common to the Cities of Clayton and University City; thence
southwardly along said City Limit line to the northwest line of
the right-of-way now or formerly of the Chicago, Rock Island and
Pacific Railroad Company; thence southwestwardly and westwardly
along said last described right-of-way line to its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 1 in
Block 12 of DAVIS PLACE, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 21, pages 14 and 15, said Recorder's office;
thence southwardly along the eastern line of said prolongation,
and along the eastern line of said Lot 1, and along the southern
prolongation of said east line of Lot 1 to the centerline of
Rosaline Drive; thence westwardly along the centerline of Rosaline
Drive to the centerline of Brentwood Boulevard; thence northwardly
along the centerline of Brentwood Boulevard to the centerline of
Forsyth Boulevard; thence westwardly along the centerline of
Forsyth Boulevard to the northeastern prolongation of the
centerline of Parkside Drive; thence southwestwardly along the
centerline of Parkside Drive to its intersection with the
southeastern prolongation of the northeastern line of Lot "A" of
PARKSIDE, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book

37, page 44, said Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly long
said prolongation, and along the northeastern line of said
PARKSIDE to the northeastern corner of Lot 1 of said PARKSIDE;
thence northwestwardly Lot J of PARKSIDE, along the centerline of
the 10 feet wide easement established thru Lot J on said record
plat of PARKSIDE, to the east line of Brighton Way; thence
southwestwardly in a straight line across Brighton Way to the
southeast corner of Lot 9 of PARKSIDE; thence westwardly along the
south line of said Lot 9, and its western prolongation, to the
west line of Topton Way; thence southwardly along the west line of
Topton Way to the south line of property conveyed to Brown Shoe
Company by deed recorded in Book 2799, page 295, said Recorder's
office; thence westwardly along the south line of said Brown Shoe
Company property, and along its western prolongation, to the west
line of Gay Avenue; thence southwardly on the west line of Gay
Avenue to the northern line of the Inner Belt Highway; thence
northwestwardly along said right-of-way line to the western City
Limits of the City of Clayton; thence northwardly along said
western City Limits to the northwest corner of Lot 77 of COLONIAL
PARK, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35,
page 1, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Lot 77 to its northeastern corner in the west line of
Gay Avenue; thence southeastwardly in a straight line across Gay
Avenue to the northwest corner of Lot 11 in Block 13 of CLAYTON
GARDENS NO.4, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat B
ok 41, page 15, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along
the north line of said Lot 11 to its northeast corner; thence

southwardly along the east lines of Lots 11-7, inclusive, in said
Block 13 to the north line of the 20 feet wide private alley in
said Block; thence eastwardly along said alley line to the west
line of Crandon Drive; thence eastwardly in a straight line across
Crandon Drive t the northwest corner of Lot "D" in Block 14 of
said CLAYTON GARDENS NO.4; thence eastwardly along the north line
of said Lot "D", and along the north line of Lot "C" of Block 14
of CLAYTON GARDENS NO.3, a subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 40, page 47, said Recorder's office, to the
northeast corner of said Lot "C" in the west line of Lancaster
Drive; thence eastwardly in a straight line across Lancaster Drive
to the northwest corner of Lot "B" in Block 16 of CLAYTON GARDENS
NO.2, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat B ok 40,
page 43, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Lot "B", and along its eastern prolongation across
Topton Way, and along the north line of Lot "A" in Block 17 of
said CLAYTON GARDENS NO. 2, to the northeast corner of said Lot
"A", in the west line of Brighton Way; thence eastwardly in a
straight line across Brighton Way to the southwest corner of Lot
10 in Block 18 of said CLAYTON GARDENS NO. 2, in the north line of
the 20 feet wide private alley in said Block 18; thence eastwardly
along said alley line to the west line of Forsyth Boulevard;
thence eastwardly in a straight In across Forsyth Boulevard to the
southwest corner of Lot 12 in Block 3 of CLAYTON GARDENS, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Book 33, page 22, said
Recorder s office, said last described point being in the north
line of the 20 feet wide public alley in said Block 3; thence

eastwardly along said alley line, and its eastern prolongation, to
the centerline of Brentwood Boulevard; thence northwardly along
the centerline of Brentwood Boulevard to its intersection wit the
western prolongation of the north line of Lot 8 in Block I of WEST
BEMISTON, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
I, page 95, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along the
north line of said Lot 8 to its northeast corner, being also the
southwest corner of Lot 5 in said Block 1; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Lot 5, and along its northern
prolongation across Vena Avenue, and along the west line of Lot 7
in Block 2 of said WEST BEMISTON, to the northwest corner of said
Lot 7; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 7 to its
northeast corner at the southeast corner of Lot 3 in said Block 2;
thence northwardly along the west lines of Lots 3 and 4 in said
Block 2, and its northern prolongation across Pershing Boulevard,
nd along the west lines of Lots 1-4, inclusive, in Block 3 of said
WEST BEMISTON, to the south line of Kingsbury Boulevard; thence
eastwardly along the south line of Kingsbury Boulevard to the
northwest corner of Lot 12 in Block "G" of BEMISTON, a subdivision
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 64, said
Recorder's office; thence southwardly along the west lines of Lots
12-3, inclusive in said Block "G" to the northwest corner of Lot 2
in said Block "G"; thence eastwardly along the north line of said
Lot 2 to its northeast corner in he west line of Central Avenue;
thence eastwardly in a straight line across central Avenue to the
northwest corner of Lot 17 in Block "E" of said BEMISTON; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 17 to its northeast

corner; thence southwardly along the east lines of Lots 17 and 18
in said Block "E", and along the southern prolongation thereof, to
the south line of Maryland Avenue; hence eastwardly along the
south line of Maryland Avenue to the east line of Hanley Road;
thence southwardly along the east line of Hanley Road, to the
south line of property conveyed to Missouri Savings Association, a
Corporation, by d ed recorded in Book 5968, page 245, said
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly long the south line of said
Missouri Savings Association property, and along the south line of
property conveyed to John P. McDonnell and wife by deeds recorded
in Book 6197, pages 20 and 21, said Recorder's office, and along
the north line o Lot 3 of DOROTHY PLACE, a subdivision as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, page 136, said Recorder's office
to the northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence eastwardly in a
straight line across Lyle Avenue to the northwest corner f Lot 4
of said DOROTHY PLACE; thence southwardly along the east line of
Lyle Avenue to the southwest corner of Lot 6 of DOROTHY PLACE;
thence eastwardly long the south line of said Lot 6, and its
eastwardly prolongation, to the east line of Lee Avenue; thence
northwardly along the east line of Lee Avenue to the south line of
Maryland Avenue; thence eastwardly along the south line of
Maryland Avenue to the centerline of Jackson Avenue; and thence
southwardly along the centerline of Jackson Avenue to the
beginning.
