O R D I N A N C E NO. 1883
AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 1747, adopted May 29,
1968 and enacting a new ordinance in lieu thereof relating to he
same subject and fixing the compensation of the Executive
Director, the Secretary-Treasurer, the Director of Finance, the
General Counsel and the respective Directors of the Wastewater-
Treatment, Personnel Engineering, Maintenance, and Construction
Departments, and the Secretary to the Executive Director.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1747 as adopted May 29, 1968 is
hereby repealed.
Section Two. Effective for the pay period beginning May I,
1969, the salary of the Executive Director shall be at the rate of
$29,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semimonthly installment
Section Three. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Secretary-Treasurer shall be $17,000.00
per annum, payable in equal semimonthly installments.
Section Four. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Director of Fiance shall be $19,250.00 per
annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments.
Section Five. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the General Counsel shall be $28,500.00 per
annum, payable in equal semimonthly installments.
Section Six. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Director of the Wastewater-Treatment
Department shall be $17,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-
monthly installments.
Section Seven. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Director of Personnel Department shall be
$12,750.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments.
Section Eight. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Director of the Engineering Department
shall be $18,750.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly
installments.
Section Nine. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Director of the Maintenance Department
shall be $17,750.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly
installments.
Section Ten. Effective for the pay period beginning May 1,
1969, the salary of the Director of the Construction Department
shall be $15,250.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly
installments.
Section Eleven. Effective for the pay period beginning May
1, 1969, the salary of the Secretary to the Executive Director
shall be $9,750.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly
installments.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 1, 1969.
