AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in he City
of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate a portion of such easement, and this
District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The western two and one-half(2-1/2) feet of the easement
seven and one-half(7-1/2) feet wide over the eastern seven and
one-half(7-1/2) feet of Lot 11, Bl. 2, Berkeley Orchards, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 46, page 12 of the St. Louis County
Records, excepting therefrom the northern 88 feet and the
southern 8 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 15, 1969.
