AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Executive Director's Department Account No. 1-1031-309 to be
used for a research project to be made by American Public Works
Association of infiltration of ground and surface waters into
sanitary and combined sewers.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) is hereby set apart out of the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund and appropriated to the Executive Director's
Department, Account No. 1-1031-309 to be used for a research
project to be made by American Public Works Association of
infiltration of ground and surface waters into sanitary and
combined sewers.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1989.
