AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis County,
Mo., and across Lots 59, 60, 61 and 65 of the James L. Thomas
Subdivision in U. S. Survey 2994, Township 44 North, Range 6 East,
and
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District requests
vacation of this easement, and whereas a new easement has been
granted to accommodate the new location of the Lindbergh Union
Subtrunk sewer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement over Lots 59, 60, 61 and 65 of James L.
Thomas Subdivision as recorded in Book 4858 page 125 of the
St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1969.
