AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in the
City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate such easement, and this District has no need
for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southwestern eighty feet (80') of the ten foot (10') wide
southwestern-northeast portion of the sewer easement on Part
Lot 9 of Bridgeton Commons First Subdivision, T.46 N.R. 6 E.,
Town of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Mo., as shown on
Easement Plat recorded in Book 6322 page 1943 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1969.
