AN ORDINANCE appropriating Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($17,000.00) to the Finance Department to be used for Capital
Outlay for the purchase of records microfilming equipment, half of
such appropriation being from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund and the other half from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Finance Department to be used for
Capital Outlay for the purchase of records microfilming equipment.
Section Two. The sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($8,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the
Finance Department to be used for Capital Outlay for the purchase
of records microfilming equipment. This appropriation may be
charged either directly against the fund from which made or
indirectly through the General Fund of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1969.
