AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($3,500.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the Executive
Director's Department Account No. 1-1031-309 to be used to pay the
Missouri State Highway Department to relocate Two Hundred Eighty-
nine (289) feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer in Highway 100
approximately One Hundred Seventy-five (175) feet East of Rock
Hill Road.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($3,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict to the Executive
Director's Department Account No. 1-1031-309 to be used to pay the
Missouri State Highway Department to relocate Two Hundred Eighty-nine
(289) feet of eight-inch sanitary sewer in Highway 100 approximately One
Hundred Seventy-five (175) feet East of Rock Hill Road.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 28, 1969.
