AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County,
Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 332 (Claudine Drive East)
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 332 (Claudine Drive East).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 332 (Claudine
Drive East) shall be as follows:

CLAUDINE DRIVE EAST
Beginning in the centerline of Claudine Drive, 50 feet wide, at
its intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line
of Lot 1 of BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 4, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 57,
page 35, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence eastwardly
along said centerline, 35.02 feet to its intersection with the
southern prolongation of a line parallel with, and 90.00 feet
westwardly from, the west line of Lot 1 of TWILLMANN ACRES, a
subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 58, page 24,
said Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said southern
prolongation, and along said parallel line, 217.07 feet; thence
eastwardly along a line parallel with and 217.07 feet northwardly
from said Claudine Drive, 90 feet to the west property line of
said Lot 1 of Twillmann Acres; thence southwardly along said
property line and the prolongation thereof to the center-line of
Claudine Drive; thence eastwardly along said centerline 90 feet to
its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east
property line of said Lot 1; thence northwardly along said
southern prolongation 217.07 feet; thence eastwardly along a line
parallel with and 217.07 feet northwardly from said Claudine
Drive, 540 feet to the east line of Lot 7 of TWILLMANN ACRES;
thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 7, 217.07 feet
to the centerline of said Claudine Drive; thence eastwardly along
the centerline of Claudine Drive, 144.98 feet to the northern
prolongation of the east line of Lot 10 of said BELLEFONTAINE
PLACE NO. 4; thence southwardly along said northern prolongation,
and along the east line of said Lot 10, 217.07 feet to the
southeast corner of said Lot 10; thence westwardly along the south
line of said BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 4, 908.60 feet to the
southwest corner of Lot 1 of BELLEFONTAINE PLACE NO. 4; thence
northwardly along the west line of said Lot 1, 217.31 feet to the
beginning.
