AN ORDINANCE appropriating Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty-
five Dollars ($5,445.00) from the Improvement Fund to be used for
the purchase of (2) Special Tax Bills Nos. 7484 and 7485 issued
under Ordinance No. 567 for the improvement in Subdistrict No. 106
(Lindbergh Sunset Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, and authorizing and directing the Executive Director to
make such purchase.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty-
five Dollars ($5,445.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund to be used for the purchase of (2) Special Tax
Bills Nos. 7484 and 7485 issued under Ordinance No. 567 for the
improvement in Subdistrict No. 106 (Lindbergh Sunset Lateral) of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and
directed to make such purchase of Special Tax Bills using said
funds for such purpose.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
