AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 1865, adopted April 3,
1969, and enacting an ordinance establishing a new subdistrict in
St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 329
(Bellefontaine & Twillman) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
WHEREAS, by adoption of Ordinance No. 1865 a subdistrict to
be known as Subdistrict No. 329 (Bellefontaine & Twillman) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District was established for the
purpose of constructing sanitary sewers, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees, having been informed thereon,
finds that a revision of the boundaries of such sewer improvement
area is advisable and desires that a public hearing be held before
such subdistrict is reestablished,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Hereby repealed is Ordinance No. 1865, adopted
April 3, 1969 whereby Subdistrict No. 329 (Bellefontaine &
Twillman) was established.
Section Two. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known
as Subdistrict No. 329 (Bellefontaine & Twillman).
Section Three. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 329

(Bellefontaine & Twillman) shall be as follows:
BELLEFONTAINE & TWILLMAN
Beginning in the centerline of Bellefontaine Road, as originally
60 feet wide, at its intersection with the western prolongation of
the south line of Lot 3 of Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, MAPLE CREST
PLAT NO. 1, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 59, page 56, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence
northwardly along said centerline of Bellefontaine Road to its
intersection with the western prolongation of the south line of
NORTHDALE NO. 2, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 28, page 7, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly
345 feet, more or less, along said prolongation, and along the
south line of said subdivision, to the northwest corner of Lot 2
of JOHN C. MILLMAN SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 15, page 102, said Recorder's office; thence southwardly
along the west line of said Lot 2 to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 200 feet northwardly from, measured at right
angles to, the north line of Twillman Avenue, 50 feet wide; thence
eastwardly along said parallel line, 1 ,848.4 feet, more or less,
to the centerline of Raymond Avenue, SO feet wide; thence
southwardly along the centerline of Raymond Avenue, 450.8 feet,
more or less, to its intersection with a line parallel with and
200 feet southwardly from, measured at right angles to, the south
line of said Twillman Avenue; thence westwardly along said last

described parallel line 600 feet, more or less, to its
intersection with the east line of MAPLE CREST PLAT NO. 2, FIRST
ADDITION, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
65, page 45, said Recorder's office; thence southwardly along said
east line 363 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner of said
subdivision; thence westwardly along the south line of said MAPLE
CREST PLAT NO. 2, FIRST ADDITION, 845.50 feet to the southwest
corner of Lot 20 of said last described subdivision; thence
northwardly a long the west line of said Lot 20 and its northern
prolongation 190.39 feet to the centerline of Doris Drive; thence
westwardly along the centerline of Doris Drive, 234.78 feet to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of
Lot 17 of said MAPLE CREST PLAT NO. 2, FIRST Addition; thence
southwardly 200.38 feet along said prolongation, and along the
east line of said Lot 17 to the southeast corner thereof; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Lot 17, and along the
south lines of Lots 14 and 13 of MAPLE CREST PLAT NO. 1, FIRST
ADDITION, a subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
64, page 56, St. Louis County Recorder's office, 333.42 feet to
the southwest corner of said Lot 13; thence northwardly along the
west line of said Lot 13, and its northern prolongation, 220.80
feet to the centerline of Doris Drive; thence westwardly along the
centerline of Doris Drive 100 feet, more or less, to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 11 of said MAPLE CREST PLAT NO. I, FIRST ADDITION; thence

northwardly 169.00 feet, more or less, along said prolongation,
and along the west line of said Lot 11, to the southeast corner of
Lot 3 of said Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, MAPLE CREST PLAT NO. 1;
thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 3, and its
western prolongation, 205.00 feet, more or less, to the beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted Jane 26, 1969
