AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Eighty-five
Dollars ($32,085.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict, and
appropriating Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-five Dollars
($3,565.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Operation and
Maintenance Fund of the Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict to the
Maintenance Department, Account No. 1-1062-503, to be used to
purchase a grouting machine for repairing leaking joints in sewers
and to prevent infiltration of ground water into the sewer system.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Eighty-five
Dollars($32,085.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict,
and the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-five Dollars
($3,565.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the Operation and Maintenance Fund of the Coldwater Creek Trunk
Subdistrict to the Maintenance Department, Account No. 1-1062-503,
to be used to purchase a grouting machine for repairing leaking
joints in sewers and to prevent infiltration of ground water into
the sewer system.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
