AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the Mississippi
River Subdistrict General Fund, Operation and Maintenance, for
contractual services to be used for an engineering study to
provide sanitary trunk and subtrunk sewers for the area of
Larimore Road, Prigge Road and Columbia Bottom Road draining to
the Mississippi River.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
surplus of the Mississippi River Subdistrict General Fund
,Operation and Maintenance, for contractual services to be used
for an engineering study to provide sanitary trunk and subtrunk
sewers for the area of Larimore Road, Prigge Road and Columbia
Bottom Road draining to the Mississippi River.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
