HomeMy Public PortalAbout01919 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1919 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 345 (Lindbergh & Concord Village Ave.) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 345 (Lindbergh & Concord Village Ave.). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 345 (Lindbergh & Concord Village Ave.) shall be as follows: LINDBERGH & CONCORD VILLAGE AVENUE Beginning in the centerline of Concord Village Avenue (formerly Tesson Ferry Road), 60 feet wide, at its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the southern line of property conveyed to William James McDonnell and wife, by deed recorded in Book 2257, page 83, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence westwardly along said prolongation, and along the southern line of said McDonnell property, to the southwestern corner thereof; thence northwardly along the western line of said McDonnell property, and along the western lines of properties conveyed to Harry Foster and wife, by deed recorded in Book 6384, page 1893, said Recorder's office and to William Nottelmann and wife, by deed recorded in Book 3879, page 591, said Recorder's office, and along the northwardly prolongation thereof, to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard, 100 feet wide; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Lindbergh Boulevard, to the southern prolongation of the eastern line of property conveyed to Fred Heimburger and wife by deed recorded in Book 3373, page 292, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said southern prolongation, and along the eastern lines of said Fred Heimburger property and that of another property conveyed to Fred Heimburger and wife, by deed recorded in Book 6277, page 1949, said Recorder's office, to the northeast corner of said last described Fred Heimburger property, being in the northern line of property conveyed to George F. Heimburger and wife, by deed recorded in Book 2727, page 265, said Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along the northern line of said George F. Heimburger property to its northeast corner in the western line of the 2.00 acre tract of land conveyed to John Vonderhaar and wife by deed recorded in Book 2324, page 143, said Recorder's office; thence northwardly along the western line of said 2.00 acre tract to its northwest corner, in the northern line of Lot 12 of W.F. MUSICK'S SUBDIVISION in U.S. Survey 2994 and Sections 21 and 28, in Township 44 North, Range 6 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, pages 78 and 79 of the City (former County) of St. Louis, Missouri Recorders office; thence southeastwardly along the northern line of said Lot 12 to the southwest corner of Lot 2 of said W.F. MUSICK'S SUBDIVISION; thence eastwardly in a straight line parallel with the northern line of said Lindbergh Boulevard, to an intersection with a line parallel with and 209.00 feet northwestwardly from, measured at right angles to, the northwestern line of said Concord Village Avenue; thence northeastwardly along said last described parallel line to the northernmost corner of property conveyed to Raymond J. Kramper and wife, by deed, recorded in Book 2410, page 371, St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southeastwardly along the northeastern line of said Kramper property, and its southeastern prolongation, to the centerline of said Concord Village Avenue; and thence southwestwardly along said centerline to the beginning. The foregoing Ordinance wad adopted July 31, 1969.
