AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, in City Blocks 3010 and 3045.
WHEREAS, at the request of the District the owner of the
subject property, Eskay Investment Company, is granting this
District a satisfactory substitute easement, to replace one
previously granted, to accommodate the Lemay Pump Station No. 1 to
Fillmore Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement 10 foot wide in and adjacent to City Blocks
3010 and 3045 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri,
granted by Eskay Investment Company by instrument dated
August 4, 1966, and recorded in Book 8700, page 527 of
the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 31, 1969
