AN ORDINANCE, vacating a stormwater discharge easement in
Crest Aire, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Gateway Development Corporation has requested
this District to vacate such easement, and this District has no
further need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District hereby vacates all of its right, title
and interest in and to certain stormwater discharge easement in Crest
Aire Subdivision, Plat 6, as recorded in Book 6295, page 722, to wit:
The stormwater discharge easement on the north side of property
1,100 feet East of. Howdershell Road on the property now or
formerly of St. Stanislaus Seminary.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 31, 1969
