AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
from the Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to
be used for construction of the Hathaway Meadows Sanitary Sewer
Relocation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of the Maline Creek
Trunk Subdistrict to be used for all costs of constructing the
Hathaway Meadows Sanitary Sewer Relocation of approximately 267
lineal feet serving an area South of Chambers Road and West of
Highway 67 in Moline Acres St. Louis County.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
