AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) from the Emergency Fund to be used for repairs of a
collapsed main sewer at College and Emily Streets in the City of
St. Louis.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS, SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund to be
used for repair of a collapsed main sewer at College and Emily
Streets in the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 31, 1969.
