AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fruin-Colnon
Corporation, for the construction of sanitary sewers in Hathaway
Meadows Sanitary Sewer Relocation in St. Louis County, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fruin-Colnon Corporation, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Hathaway Meadows Sanitary Sewer Relocation in St. Louis County of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 11th day of July, 1969 and formally
executed on the 30th May of July, 1969, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
Section Two. This Ordinance being for the confirmation
of a contract for sewer construction and the sewers to be
constructed being necessary for the protection or the public
health, an emergency exists within the meaning of the Plan, and
this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 31, 1969
