HomeMy Public PortalAbout01930SECTION TWO AMENDED BY ORD. 2044- CLARIFYING DESCRIPTION 6/4/70 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1930 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 347 (Chrisann Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 347 (Chrisann Drive). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 347 (Chrisann Drive) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 CHRISANN DRIVE Beginning at a point on the existing boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, as annexed by Ordinance No. 880, adopted November 27, 1962, which point is on the north line of Chrisann (formerly Wagoner) Drive at its intersection with the northwardly prolongation of the western line of Lot 6 of Robert Waterhout's Resubdivision of Lot 8, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 43, page 42 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly, along such prolongation and continuing southwardly and southeastwardly along the west and southwest line of said Lot 6 and its southeastwardly prolongation, to its intersection with the centerline of Court Drive (50 feet wide); thence eastwardly, along the centerline of said Court Drive, to its intersection with the boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District as extended by Ordinance No. 1235, adopted November 12, 1964; thence eastwardly, northwardly, eastwardly, northwestwardly, southwestwardly and westwardly, along the existing boundary of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1969.
