AN ORDINANCE, transferring funds as detailed to the
Real Property Purchase Fund and appropriating the sum of Seven
Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Dollars ($792,000.00) from the
unappropriated balance of the Real Property Purchase Fund to be
used for construction of additions to and alterations of the
District office building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis,
Missouri, and for expenses necessarily incidental thereto.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Eighty-five
Thousand One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($285,120.00) is hereby
transferred from the Mississippi River Subdistrict Operation and
Maintenance Fund to the District Real Property Purchase Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Thirty-nine Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($39,600.00) is hereby transferred from the
Coldwater Creek Trunk Subdistrict Operation and Maintenance Fund
to the District Real Property Purchase Fund.
Section Three. The sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-two
Thousand Dollars ($792,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the District Real Property Purchase Fund
to be used for construction of additions to and alterations of the
District office building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, St. Louis,
Missouri, and for expenses necessarily incidental thereto.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1969.
