AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owners have requested the
District to vacate a certain sewer easement and have granted to
the District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Hereby vacated is one of the sever
easements in Lot 6 of North Ranch Acres 2nd Add'n, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 95, page 13 of the St. Louis County Records;
such easement vacated hereby being described as follows:
The forty feet wide easement in Lot 6 delineated on said
plat, being particularly the easement bounded West by a
line ten feet East of the West line of said Lot 6 and
extending South between parallel lines 161.99 feet from
the South line of Foxshire Drive.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1969.
