AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in City Block
3796 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, together with an unused
sewer therein.
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested the District
to vacate the easement described below, together with the unused
sewer situated therein, and the District has no need of them,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Hereby vacated are the sewer easement and
the unused sewer therein located as follows: An easement for sewer
purposes running North and South through Lots 1 and 2 of City
Block 3796 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, being more
particularly described in the grant thereof recorded in Book 1937,
page 3, of the Records of the City of St. Louis.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 15, 1969
